NaisLee Catering started in 2023 as two long-time friends and colleagues looking to become their own bosses after 7 years of working side-by-side as pastry chefs in high-end catering and corporate dining. Together, Naisbel and Haylee make a dream team, and they look forward to serving you delicious food at your table and events!
Chef Naisbel Azarak
A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, Naisbel brings over a decade of culinary finesse from five-star hotels and high-end catering to her Nais Cakes venture, where she crafts specialty cakes informed by her background in graphic design. When she’s not in the kitchen, Naisbel loves to spend time with her family, especially with her son, Sebastian.
Chef Haylee Kulig
A Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 8 years of experience, Haylee specializes in plated and mini banquet desserts. She has worked at high-end restaurants and bakeries, as well as at the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival. Haylee loves to create desserts using ingredients from local farms and purveyors and is passionate about sustainability. In her free time, Haylee loves to hike, camp, and spend time with her two cats, Jasper and Tashi.
